What are the shipping fees? 
We offer free standard shipping on orders $75+ within the United States and Canada before applicable taxes. Otherwise, the flat shipping rate will apply at checkout. Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs.

All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

What is your processing time?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping delivery times. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

We ship to Canada and the United States. Transit times can vary depending on where you live.

What are the delivery Times?
Due to the changing impact of COVID-19, delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. Once the package has left our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.

Stellash Studio will not be held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by the postal service provider
  • Wrong/incomplete addresses provided by customers
  • Damages to orders by postal service provider
  • PO Box issues
  • Stolen/missing packages after delivery
  • Service interruptions, peak periods, inclement weather, etc.

Why doesn't my tracking number work?
Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, carriers do not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please email contact@stellash.com.

I have an issue with my order. What should I do?
Get in touch at contact@stellash.com for any adjustments. Please note that requests made later than 24 hours after the time of ordering may not be eligible for adjustments, as your order may already be underway.

Do you offer returns, exchanges or cancellations? 
Due to the intimate nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are here to help you as much as we can. If your order has already been shipped or processed, your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your order has not been processed, please submit cancellation request within 24 hours from placing your order at contact@stellash.com

Upon cancellation, a $5 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund. No exceptions will be made.  Refunds are sent in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your account.
