What are the lashes made of?
Our lashes are hand-made with either 100% Siberian mink or premium quality synthetic fibers. Each individual lash listing specifies what material has been used. To preserve the quality of your lashes, avoid storing them near water. It is recommended that after use, the lashes are cleaned and placed back in the original lash tray.
How are your Siberian mink lashes ethically sourced?
The lashes are made from the mink's naturally shredding hair so it is cruelty-free. Since it is made from a natural material, the lashes are bio-degradable over time.
How many wears can I get out of each pair of lashes?
Proper care for your lashes ensures that you get the most use out of them, which is 20-25 wears at minimum.

Our adhesives made from premium ingredients and use a vegan formula. They are latex-free and paraben-free.
SHIPPING
How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. Once completed, you’ll get a shipping confirmation and you’ll be able to track your order’s journey to you. Please note that processing times are not included in the delivery time.
Orders are shipped from Toronto so transit times can vary depending on where you live. Orders within Ontario usually arrive between 1-3 business days, orders shipping outside our home province can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to get to you. For rural/remote areas and the United States, it could take up to 10 business days to arrive, so please keep that in mind when placing your order!
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship to every province in Canada as well as the continental United States.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs are calculated at check-out. We offer free standard shipping for orders $75+ in the United States and Canada before applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for any duties and customs fees if they are located outside of Canada.
Do you have a brick & mortar location?
No, we are strictly an online only retailer. This enables us to transfer the cost of owning a physical storefront into purchasing the highest quality material and maintaining our high standards of production.
